Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, in two clicks and with no questions asked. A subscription taken on the web is cancelled from the “Manage my subscription” link in your confirmation email, or from this page once signed in. One taken in the app is managed in your App Store or Google Play settings. Plenova Premium stays active until the last day of the period already paid, then nothing more is charged.
Does Plenova Premium also work in the app?
Yes, it’s the same Plenova Premium everywhere. It is linked to your Plenova account: sign in to the app with the same account, on iPhone or Android, and everything unlocks instantly, without paying again.
I already have Plenova Premium in the app, do I need to pay here?
No. Sign in on the website with the account you use in the app: Plenova Premium is recognized automatically and you get your garden on the web.
Monthly or yearly, which one?
Yearly costs 58% less than twelve months of monthly, for exactly the same benefits: it’s what most gardeners choose. Monthly is perfect to try Plenova Premium without committing to a year.
What about my plants if I stop?
Nothing is deleted. Your garden, photos and care history stay on your account, and you simply go back to the limits of the free version. Take Plenova Premium again and everything is just as you left it.
Is payment secure?
Yes. Payment is handled by Stripe, certified to the highest security level in the payments industry (PCI DSS Level 1). Plenova never sees or stores your card details, and you get a receipt by email for every payment.
Can I get a refund?
Plenova Premium is activated as soon as payment completes, which is why you waive the 14-day withdrawal period when you buy (section 6 of the terms of sale). If anything goes wrong technically, write to us at poolstudio.apps@gmail.com: every request is looked at carefully.
