Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, transmission, alteration, whether full or partial, of the site or its content, by any means and on any medium, is forbidden without prior written permission from Pool Studio. Unauthorized use may engage the civil and criminal liability of the offender.

Hyperlinks

The site may include links to other websites. Pool Studio has no control over these third-party sites and cannot be held responsible for their content, privacy policies, or any damage resulting from their consultation.

Linking to the Plenova site is permitted, provided it does not harm Pool Studio's image. Pool Studio reserves the right to request the removal of any link it deems inconsistent with its editorial policy.

Pool Studio takes care to provide accurate and up-to-date information on the site, but cannot guarantee that information is exact, complete, or current. Plant care advice is provided for informational purposes and does not replace the opinion of a professional (botanist, horticulturist, veterinarian for plants toxic to pets).

Pool Studio cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage that may result from access to the site, its use, or its inability to be used, nor for any bugs or viruses that could affect the user's equipment.

Personal data and cookies

The website lets you create a Plenova account (sign in with Apple, Google or Facebook) to access your garden and, if you wish, subscribe to Plenova Premium. This data is processed as described in the privacy policy. Payments are handled by our providers RevenueCat and Stripe: Pool Studio never has access to your payment card details.

Necessary storage. The website stores your sign-in session and your cookie choice in your browser. These are required for the service you request and do not need consent.

Audience measurement (Google Analytics 4). Only if you accept, the website uses Google Analytics 4, a service of Google Ireland Limited, to measure traffic and improve its content (pages viewed, clicks to the app stores, subscription steps). The cookies set (_ga and _ga_*) are kept for up to 13 months, and the data for 14 months. Google signals and ad personalization are turned off, no data is used for advertising, and no email address or account identifier is sent. Data may be transferred to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Your choice. You are asked on your first visit, your choice is kept for 6 months, and you can change it at any time from the "Cookies" link at the bottom of every page or by clicking here. Declining has no effect on how you can use the website.

Processing of personal data when using the Plenova app is covered by a separate policy, available in the privacy policy.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after an attempted amicable resolution has failed, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
